WE ARE SEEKING BOARD MEMBERS

Blindspot Collective is always looking for individuals with a passion for theatre and and a heart for advocacy. Join the community that is building the arts community that San Diego needs. ​

As a nonprofit organization, we are looking for board members who wholeheartedly believe in our mission and want to support the company through big-picture planning and strategic management. Board Members meet once a month, attend and support our our projects and events, and facilitate advocacy and fundraising endeavors.

GET INVOLVED

Have a crazy idea? Those are our favorite kind. Be it a school program, artistic partnership, or community endeavor we would be thrilled to discuss it with you. Collaboration is central to our organizational identity, and we are always looking for new connections and perspectives.

Are you a playwright or composer? We are always looking for new projects—be it a play, musical, or something less traditional. Works for new audiences (including young audiences) or those addressing diversity and social change are of particular interest to the company, whether you're an emerging or established artist.

volunteer

Do you have a special skill or talent? As a new company, we welcome professional assistance with marketing, development, and legal consultation. Alternately, we will soon be seeking interns to help us grow. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and welcome all individuals to apply.
